The Great White Horse ... one of my favorite love songs

I love the simplicity, the imagery and the maturation of love ... going from "He carried me to a castle in the heavens and battled all my dragons on the way" and "I used to dream of a maiden her laughing eyes and loving arms would follow when I sailed around the world and back again" ... to "The time has come and there are no dragons ... and I don't want to sail the seven seas."

Love is like a rough stone rolling and once polished you don't want anything else.

It impacts our personal lives, our businesses and or institutions. One aspect of all of this that is irrefutable is that we are most likely to succeed when we engage in the power of pull. Forrester recently released a report on this topic.

My work at Deloitte's Center for the Edge has been instrumental in helping me better understand the major social web shift taking place and the implications thereof.

Neal A. Maxwell
